RankOS Product Update — Final Stretch to May 2026 Launch
We’ve been heads-down building RankOS for the past several months, and we’re now in the final stretch. Our target release is the end of May 2026, and development is nearly complete.
This update covers where things stand across every major module, what is already working end-to-end, and what remains before launch.
Authentication and Onboarding — 100% complete
The entire authentication system is production-ready:
- Email + password sign-up and login
- Google OAuth sign-in
- Email verification and password reset
- Google Search Console (GSC) property connection
- Guided onboarding from sign-up → GSC connection → first dashboard view
Site Insights — 95% complete
Site Insights is effectively finished and serves as the centerpiece of the RankOS experience. It delivers a comprehensive picture of a site’s SEO health, including:
- Domain-level metrics
- On-page analysis
- Google Search Console performance data
- Technical issues tracker with severity filtering
- AI-enriched business profiles with value-per-click economics
Keywords — 90% complete
The Keywords module features a complete AI-powered workflow:
- AI keyword suggestions with confidence-scored recommendations
- Enrichment with search volume, trend data, SERP features, and difficulty scores
- Bulk actions for selecting, enriching, or deleting keywords in batch
Competitors — 90% complete
The Competitors module has undergone a major overhaul:
- Add and track competitors with immediate visibility into:
- Domain authority
- Organic traffic
- Backlink metrics
- Deeper analysis including:
- Ranked keyword discovery
- Top pages identification
- Domain intersection analysis with real-time progress in the browser
- Keyword gaps view for cross-competitor analysis with filtering and sorting
Backlinks — 100% complete
The Backlinks module is fully built and production-ready:
- Backlink listing and summary metrics
- Referring domain analysis
- Anchor text distribution
- Link type breakdowns
- Historical trends
- Competitor backlink gap analysis
- Automatic data freshness via scheduled background refreshes
Strategy Builder — 85% complete
The Strategy Builder uses AI to generate SEO strategies tailored to each site:
- Inputs: keyword data, competitor landscape, and site context
- Users can accept, reject, modify, or schedule strategy items directly to the content calendar
- Performance tracking syncs GSC data for published strategy items, closing the loop between recommendations and results
Content — 85% complete
The Content module supports full-cycle content creation:
- Markdown editor with live preview
- AI generation pipeline producing SERP-aware articles in 10–20 seconds
- Content generation from strategy suggestions or standalone flows with custom titles and keywords
- Version history for every regeneration, including word count, readability scores, and SEO scores
Programmatic SEO (pSEO) — 80% complete
The pSEO module enables template-based content generation at scale:
- Campaigns that generate hundreds of targeted pages from modifier matrices
- Plan-based limits to control generation:
- From 5 pages/month on the free plan
- Up to unlimited for enterprise tiers
Security — Audit complete
A comprehensive security audit has been completed across the entire platform, covering:
- Data access controls
- Session management
- Rate limiting
- Input validation
The platform is hardened and production-ready from a security standpoint.
What’s Left Before Launch
We estimate we’re at roughly 85% overall user-facing functionality. Remaining work includes:
- Billing integration with Stripe for subscriptions and overage billing
- Analytics for event tracking and feature usage insights
- Data accumulation for trend views that need time to build meaningful history
- UI polish across settings and admin screens
- AI Visibility module planned as a post-launch feature
The core platform is built and the infrastructure is solid. The team is now focused on final polish and integrations to hit the end-of-May 2026 launch target.
