PageRise is an AI-powered SEO platform that provides keyword tracking, competitor analysis, backlink monitoring, content strategy generation, and AI-assisted content creation. Our Services integrate with Google Search Console and use data from DataForSEO to deliver SEO insights and recommendations.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of our Services. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services except through our provided APIs
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without our written consent
  • Use the Services to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates third-party rights

4. Google Search Console Integration

When you connect your Google Search Console account, you authorize us to access your search performance data. We use this data solely to provide SEO analysis within our platform. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings or by disconnecting the integration in PageRise.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our Services use AI to generate SEO strategies, content suggestions, and article drafts. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before publishing
  • You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publication
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will achieve specific SEO results
  • You retain ownership of content you create using our tools

6. Pricing and Payment

  • Our Services are offered on a per-website subscription basis with volume discounts for multiple sites
  • Free accounts include a limited API credit balance
  • Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

  • PageRise and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PageRise and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
  • You retain ownership of your data and any content you create using our Services
  • You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve our Services

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We do not guarantee specific SEO results, rankings, or traffic outcomes

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately
  • We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be deleted

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
