When we last wrote in March, PageRise was a near-finished SEO toolkit aiming to launch by the end of May. Since then it grew into something bigger, so we're taking a few more weeks to do it right.

The big shift

In March, the product told you what to do. Now it can go and do it. Each site you connect gets its own agent that can audit the site, build a strategy, plan a content calendar, and draft articles, then check its own work before handing it back. We built that agent to run statefully at the edge, so every site has a fast, persistent assistant rather than a generic chatbot. Its capabilities are packaged as reusable skills over a standard tool protocol, which lets the same engine power the in-app agent today and outside tools later. And because the cost of agentic work scales with how much the agent does, we moved to usage-based pricing so you pay for what you use.

What we shipped since March

Two big pieces of work landed since the last update, plus a round of reliability and platform hardening.

Token-based billing and a wallet

Billing was the headline remaining item in March, and it's done. PageRise runs on a pay-as-you-go token model through Stripe: you top up a wallet, spend tokens as the agent works, and see a cost estimate before anything runs. Wallet top-ups can auto-refill so long jobs don't stall, and pricing is multi-currency, with USD by default plus GBP and EUR.

The content engine, rebuilt

Every site's agent draws on a library of around sixteen skills, covering audits, strategy, topic clustering, briefs, writing, fact-checking, images, and structured data. The part we're proudest of is quality control: every article runs through a five-gate pipeline and is scored against a 100-point rubric, and a blocking review gate means a draft isn't done until it passes. Writing is persona and brand aware, so the output sounds like your brand instead of generic AI filler.

Insights, Strategy, and Calendar

We rebuilt the surfaces these agents feed, with honesty as the theme. Site audits are now evidence-gated: every finding cites the data behind it, and the system rejects overconfident or unsupported claims before they're saved. Crawling is more reliable, Strategy now sends a roadmap straight into your content Calendar, and the Calendar flags which pieces have cleared the quality gates.

Behind the scenes

Two things you won't see directly but will feel. We built internal tooling so we can support beta users well, and we ran a platform hardening pass: upgrading our stack, clearing a batch of security advisories, tightening our supply chain, and gating the public app so the private beta stays private.

What's left, and the new date

We're in the final stretch. The remaining work is finishing the AI Visibility surface, final hardening on the reworked pages, UI polish, and letting real usage data build up so trend views have history to show.

So here's the honest version: launch moves from the end of May to the end of June 2026. We could have shipped the March product on time, but instead we chose to rebuild PageRise around an agent that does the work and a billing model that fits how that work gets used. A few more weeks buys a launch we're genuinely proud of.
